Another significant proposal (26/00883/S73) concerns the Allotment Gardens. This application seeks to vary Condition 1 of the previously approved plans (18/00432/FUL), aiming to alter the layout, dwelling design, and landscaping of the eastern part of the site. This change affects 55 of the 99 approved dwellings.

At Saltram House (26/00933/CDMLB), there is a condition discharge application related to archaeological mitigation as part of application 25/00163/LBC.

Additionally, a power generator installation is proposed adjacent to Rodgers Of Plymouth (26/00914/16), along with ancillary developments.

A prior approval request (26/00931/GPD) has been made for changing the use of commercial floor space at 33 New George Street into 14 self-contained apartments.

Lastly, at 60A Emma Place (26/00922/FUL), there is a proposal to convert the property into a 16-bedroom House in Multiple Occupation. This includes partial demolition at the rear and roof alterations to provide lightwells.
