Plymouth sees multiple planning applications affecting listed buildings and conservation areas.

Several planning applications have been submitted in Plymouth, impacting listed buildings and conservation areas. These proposals are under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and related legislation.

One application (26/00594/FUL) involves Units 5 - 6, 12 Newnham Road, where there is a change of use from industrial/storage to a children's indoor play and party facility (Class E), with minor external alterations. This application is retrospective.

Another proposal (26/00727/LBC) concerns The Guildhall on Royal Parade. It includes the installation of a ramp and steps, window alterations, roof alterations and replacements, extraction ventilation, and various associated works.

At Flat 3, 19 Caroline Place (26/00690/LBC), plans include replacing the front door, front bedroom window, rear French doors with timber replacements, and internal renovation of the maisonette, including the removal of four modern walls.

For 263 North Road West (26/00471/FUL), there is a proposal for a front hardstanding on a classified road with associated steps.

Lastly, at 4 Albemarle Villas (26/00710/LBC), there is an application to replace UPVC rainwater goods with aluminium.
