Plymouth City Council has announced a series of planning applications under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and related legislation. These applications involve significant changes to listed buildings and conservation areas across the city.

One application (26/00728/FUL) proposes changing the use of 46 - 48 Devonport Road from offices to four houses in multiple occupation (Class C4). This includes external alterations such as the removal of an external rear staircase and creating an opening in the rear boundary wall.

Another application (26/00739/LBC) concerns structural repairs to West Hoe Pier, aiming to reinstate the pier and steps following storm damage.

The Bank on Old George Street seeks a variation (26/00746/S73) of Condition 3 from a previous application to extend its temporary use until 31 January 2029.

Repairs are also planned for the clocktower and cupola at 14 Craigie Drive (25/01266/LBC).

Additionally, part discharge of conditions related to internal works at the Civic Centre is proposed (26/00766/CDMLB), focusing on tower internal works and ground and first floor column repairs.

Outside Pannier Market, Market Avenue, there is a request (26/00744/S73) to extend temporary use until 31 January 2029.
