Cihangir Ozcan has submitted an application for a premises licence for Nays Café Lounge located at 109 High Street, Waltham Cross, EN8 7AJ. The application seeks permission to sell alcohol both on and off the premises from Monday to Sunday between 11am and 11pm.

The application was lodged with Broxbourne Council on 3 August 2026. Members of the public who wish to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing by 1 September 2026.
