Epic Bars and Clubs Ltd has submitted an application to Plymouth City Council seeking a variation of the premises licence for Labyrinth, located at 32 Derrys Cross, Plymouth, PL1 2SW. The application aims to extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol both on and off the premises, as well as for regulated entertainment including live and recorded music. Currently, these activities are allowed from 10am to 3am daily; the proposed change would extend this to 4am.
Additionally, the application seeks to extend the hours for late-night refreshments from 11pm to 3:30am to a new closing time of 4:30am. Consequently, the opening hours of Labyrinth would be adjusted to run from 10am to 4:30am every day.
The proposal also includes modifications to existing conditions related to food and alcohol delivery, food menus, and PubWatch participation. New conditions concerning last entry times and customer dispersal are also proposed.
Interested parties can view the full details of the plan by contacting Plymouth City Council. Representations regarding this application must be submitted in writing to the Office of the Director of Public Health at Plymouth City Council or electronically via email by 4 June 2026. It is important for those submitting representations electronically to include their postal address.
