Plymouth City Council has announced a temporary restriction of through traffic on Higher Lane, outside Unit 6 Elizabeth Court. This measure is being implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 and will be in effect from 18 June 2026 to 22 June 2026. The restriction will be enforced 24 hours a day during this period.
The purpose of this temporary traffic order is to facilitate necessary meter exchange works. These works are being carried out by Kier on behalf of South West Water (SWW). Residents and commuters are advised to plan their journeys accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
