Devonshire Property Limited, trading as Premier Barton Farm, has submitted an application for a goods vehicle operator’s licence. The company intends to use Clarke Farm in Higher Ashton, Exeter, EX6 7RD as an operating centre for two goods vehicles and two trailers.
