L Sumser-Lupson, trading as HUD Consultancy Ltd, has submitted an application for a goods vehicle operator's licence. The company intends to use Rose Cottage on Exmouth Road, Lympstone, EX8 5AQ as an operating centre for two goods vehicles and two trailers.

The application is currently under review by the Traffic Commissioner. Individuals who own or occupy land near the proposed operating centre and believe their use or enjoyment of the land may be affected are encouraged to submit written representations. These should be sent to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE within 21 days of the notice date.

Representations must also be copied to the applicant at Unit 8a Bowker House, Lee Mill Bridge, Ivybridge, PL21 9EF. Further guidance on making representations can be found in the official guide available on the UK government's website.
