A public inquiry concerning the proposed development by Waddeton Park Limited is scheduled to commence on Monday August 17 2026 in Exeter. This inquiry will address the appeal for outline planning permission related to the phased construction of up to 65 residential dwellings along with associated infrastructure and public open spaces. The venues for the inquiry include Custom House at 46 The Quay Exeter EX2 4AN on August 17 starting at 1pm and the Rennes Room Civic Centre Paris Street Exeter EX1 1JN from August 18 to 21 with varying start times.
