The application seeks to replace existing UPVC windows with new energy-efficient UPVC windows and to replace timber doors with energy-efficient UPVC framed doors, maintaining the current design and fenestration. Another significant application concerns Unit 12 at Higher Market Guildhall Shopping and Dining on Queen Street in St Davids. The proposal includes changing the use from a drinking establishment to a restaurant (Class E) and installing replacement plant equipment. This is filed under reference 26/0829/FUL.

Additionally, there is a listed building application for internal fit-out works and installation of replacement signage and plant at the same unit, referenced as 26/0830/LBC.

Further development is proposed at 7 Silver Terrace in St Davids, where plans include a single-storey rear infill extension with a roof terrace and associated internal works. This is covered under references 26/0952/FUL and 26/0953/LBC.
