• Honeylands Hospital For Children, Pinhoe Road: A change of use from Use Class C2 to C3 residential is proposed. This involves demolition of extensions to the original building, external alterations, repair works, replacement roof construction of dwellings with vehicular access via Pinhoe Road (26/1049/FUL).
• The Maltings, Church Street, Heavitree: Plans include replacing existing aged brown uPVC windows with new energy-efficient units and replacing brown painted timber doors with energy-efficient uPVC framed units (26/0998/FUL).

Listed Building Applications

• Alice Vieland Clinic: Similar alterations as mentioned above are proposed under a separate listed building application (26/1022/LBC).
• Honeylands Hospital For Children: The application includes demolition of extensions to the original building and a section of Pinhoe Road boundary wall to create new vehicular access (26/1050/LBC).
• Palace Gate House: Installation of close-circuit security cameras to the rear elevation is proposed (26/1036/LBC).
• Queens House: Alteration and conversion of existing vacant offices to student accommodation with cycle parking (26/0606/LBC).
• 4 Cathedral Close: Dismantling and rebuilding of a chimney stack is planned (26/0961/LBC).
