This application is marked as 26/0829/FUL and affects both a conservation area and a listed building.
• 7 Silver Terrace, St Davids: Plans include a single-storey rear infill extension with a roof terrace and associated internal works. This application is noted as 26/0952/FUL and impacts both a conservation area and a listed building.

Listed building applications

• Unit 12, Higher Market Guildhall Shopping And Dining, Queen Street, St Davids: Internal fit-out works and installation of replacement signage and plant are proposed under application 26/0830/LBC.
• 7 Silver Terrace, St Davids: The proposal includes a single-storey rear infill extension with a roof terrace and associated internal works under application 26/0953/LBC.
