Another application at 16 Chapel Road, Alphington, seeks to vary a condition to allow a reasonable setback of the development and a lowering of the ridge height. This adjustment aims to comply with attached drawings that respect both conservation area and listed building considerations.

Additionally, a listed building application for 24 Southernhay West, St Davids, proposes the installation of a replacement projecting sign and bird spikes to preserve the building's integrity while addressing practical needs.

At 44 Church Road, Alphington, plans have been submitted to re-render the front and side elevations, ensuring the building's exterior remains in keeping with its historical context.
