These proposals are open for public comment, objection, or support via the council's website or by contacting the assigned Case Officer within 24 days of this notice.

Conservation Area Applications

6 Majorfield Road, Topsham: The application involves replacing the kitchen extension roof with slate tiles, revising the pitch, adding rooflights, and replacing downpipes and guttering with wider metal pipes. The proposal also includes repairing damage to open eaves to maintain airflow (Ref: 26/1024/FUL).
9 White Street, Topsham: This project proposes a one and two-storey rear extension, alterations to an outbuilding to create habitable accommodation, and replacement of windows and doors (Ref: 26/1123/FUL).
15 Alexandra Terrace, Newtown & St Leonards: Plans include constructing a new retaining wall (Ref: 26/1226/FUL).

Listed Building Applications

Park View, 8 Howell Road, Duryard & St James: Proposed internal alterations and an external replacement window are under consideration (Ref: 26/1184/LBC).
Revolution, 79 - 82 Queen Street, St Davids: The application seeks to reconfigure modern partitions and make other internal alterations (Ref: 26/1220/LBC).
6 Majorfield Road, Topsham: In addition to the roof replacement mentioned above, this application includes replacing the bathroom while maintaining the bath on its raised plinth for drainage purposes (Ref: 26/1025/LBC).
