Planning and advertisement application

• Land at The Valley Park on land off Spruce Close and Celia Crescent, Spruce Close, Exeter: Engineering operations are proposed to reprofile agricultural land secured as Valley Park under planning permission 20/0538/OUT. This is detailed in application 25/1770/FUL.
