These applications are available for public viewing on the council's website, where representations of objection, comment, or support can be submitted within 24 days of the notice.

Among the notable applications is the proposed change of use at Beaufort House on New North Road in St David's, where a retail unit is planned to be converted into two student studio flats (application 26/0883/FUL). In Heavitree, Brewery Lane is set for refurbishment and conversion of a Grade II listed building into a one-bedroom dwelling (applications 26/0471/FUL and 26/0472/LBC).

Riversmeet House in Topsham is slated for the installation of photovoltaic panels on its roof (applications 26/0836/FUL and 26/0837/LBC), while Telstar Hotel on St David's Hill seeks to change from a guesthouse to two residential units (application 26/0462/FUL).

Other significant proposals include forming a new opening in the rear wall at The Stables on Homefield Road in Heavitree (application 26/0893/FUL), and demolishing an existing garage at 7 Lower Shapter Street in Topsham to replace it with a double garage featuring accommodation above (applications 26/0482/FUL and 26/0483/LBC).

Additionally, plans for replacement windows and doors at 10 Eagle Cottages in St David's (application 26/0944/FUL) and changes at 14-16 Mary Arches Street involving HMOs and restaurant space (application 26/0955/FUL) are also under consideration.
