Exeter City Council has announced a series of planning applications affecting various locations across the city. These applications are open for public viewing on the council's website, where representations of objection, comment, or support can be submitted within 24 days of the notice.

Among the proposals is the installation of two parcel lockers at Bystock Green Car Park, Queens Terrace, St Davids (26/0876/FUL), and one parcel locker at the Car Park on Belmont Road, Newtown & St Leonards (26/0875/FUL). These installations aim to enhance convenience for local residents by providing secure locations for parcel deliveries.

In Topsham, alterations to a single-storey rear extension at 8 Monmouth Street are planned (26/1073/FUL), alongside a listed building application for similar alterations (26/1074/LBC). Additionally, 9 Lower Shapter Street is set to receive a sloping zinc canopy to its front porch (26/1043/LBC).

Heavitree will see a single-storey rear extension at 11 Shelton Place, North Street (26/1059/FUL), while significant changes are proposed for 60 - 64 Sidwell Street in Duryard & St James. The Sidwell Street Methodist Church is set to undergo a change of use from F1(f) to Sui Generis. This includes transforming the main hall into an entertainment venue and converting the school hall into a circus school and training centre. The Reed Memorial Hall will continue as a meeting place for the church and community groups, with additional plans to convert the primary room into a circus museum (26/0956/FUL).

A listed building application has also been submitted for 8 Queens Terrace, St Davids, proposing refurbishment and restoration work including internal alterations and roof replacement (26/1077/LBC).
