East Hertfordshire District Council has announced its intention to dispose of a parcel of land adjacent to 65 Sele Road in the town of Hertford, Hertfordshire. This decision is made under the Local Government Act 1972, which allows the council to dispose of vacant land as successors to the former Hertford Borough Council. The land is currently designated as public open space in the council’s District Plan.
