Redvers Road, Exeter

From 25 May 2026, Redvers Road will be closed to through traffic and parking for lead pipe replacement works. This restriction is expected to last until 5 June 2026. There is no alternative route available.

Road Past Clarendon Farm, Perkins Village

Also starting on 25 May 2026, this road will be closed to through traffic to replace damaged verge protectors. The anticipated completion date is 5 June 2026. An alternative route will be signposted via B3184, Marwood Lane, and Marwood Road.

May Street, Exeter

From 15 June 2026, May Street will be closed to through traffic and parking for lead replacements aimed at resolving water quality issues. The closure is expected to end by 10 July 2026. Alternative routes include Elmside, Rosebery Road, Iddesleigh Road, and Old Tiverton Road.

Queens Crescent, Exeter

Parking restrictions will be enforced on Queens Crescent from 15 June to 6 July 2026 for the replacement of old metallic gas mains with new plastic mains. No alternative route is provided.

Jubilee Road, Exeter

Jubilee Road will be closed from 15 June to 17 July 2026 for a lead replacement scheme. Diversions will be in place via Park Road, Polsloe Road, and Pinhoe Road.

Browning Close, Exeter

Parking prohibitions will apply from 8 June to 26 June 2026 for lead replacements addressing water quality issues. No alternative route is available.

Longbrook Street, Exeter

Starting on 9 June 2026, Longbrook Street will be closed to through traffic until November 2027 for material storage and site office setup related to construction activities. Alternative routes include York Road and Summerland Street.
