Epic Bars and Clubs Ltd has submitted an application to Plymouth City Council seeking to vary the premises licence for Labyrinth, located at 32 Derrys Cross, Plymouth, PL1 2SW. The application aims to extend the permitted hours for alcohol sales and regulated entertainment, including live and recorded music. Currently, these activities are allowed from 10am to 3am daily; the proposed change would extend this to 4am.
Additionally, the application seeks to extend the hours for late-night refreshments from 11pm to 3:30am to a new closing time of 4:30am. The overall opening hours would be adjusted accordingly to 10am to 4:30am daily.
The proposal also includes modifications to existing conditions related to food and alcohol delivery, food menus, and PubWatch participation. New conditions concerning last entry times and customer dispersal are also proposed.

The application can be viewed by appointment at the licensing office or on the council’s website. Making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence punishable by an unlimited fine.
