This decision is part of the City of Plymouth (Traffic Regulation Orders) (Amendment Order No. 2026.2137356 - Crabtree Close) Order 2026, made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The order introduces specific parking restrictions along certain sections of Crabtree Close. These measures aim to enhance traffic flow and ensure road safety in the area. The council consulted with the Chief Officer of Police before finalising the order, as required by Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act.
