Broxbourne Borough Council has received several planning applications under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. These include proposals affecting listed buildings and a major residential development.

One application seeks listed building consent to replace four sash double glazed windows at the rear of Burford House, located on Burford Street in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire (Ref: 07/26/0031/LB). Another involves replacing an existing roof access window and creating a new opening for a roof access window at St Augustine's Church in Broxbourne, affecting the setting of a listed building or conservation area (Ref: 07/26/0410/F).

A significant proposal involves the erection of 100 new residential dwellings on land west of Burton Lane in Goffs Oak. This major development includes associated infrastructure such as access roads, car parking, public open space, and landscaping (Ref: 07/26/0422/F).

Additionally, there is a retrospective application for listed building consent to replace copper broadband with fibre outside and a replacement box inside at 1 Dewhurst Old School in Cheshunt (Ref: 07/26/0426/LB).

These applications can be inspected at the Broxbourne Borough Council's website or their offices. Representations regarding these proposals must be submitted within 14 days from the date of this notice. For further details, interested parties are encouraged to visit the council's official site.
