Broxbourne Borough Council has received several significant planning applications under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. These proposals include a variety of developments across the region.

One notable application is an outline proposal to develop six new zero carbon homes along with a footway/cycle path and associated open space and landscaping. This development is planned for land to the rear of 612 Goffs Lane, part of the former IN-EX Nursery in Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire. The application reserves all matters except site access (Ref: 07/23/0312/O).

Another application seeks listed building consent for internal alterations at 49 High Street, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. The proposal involves converting existing first-floor office areas into one one-bedroom apartment and one two-bedroom apartment. This site is within a conservation area and affects the setting of a listed building (Ref: 07/26/0253/LB).

Additionally, there is an outline permission request for developing a community facility (Class F2) and commercial, business, and service uses (Class E) at Goffs Oak Playing Fields, Goffs Lane, Goffs Oak, Hertfordshire. This includes improvements and alterations to external recreation and amenity spaces (Ref: 07/26/0299/O).

The Delta Marriott Hotel in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire has submitted plans for reconfiguring and extending its existing hotel accommodation. The proposal includes a two-storey courtyard infill with ancillary restaurant, cafe, gym, and spa facilities. It aims to provide a total of 142 hotel guestrooms, resulting in a net loss of three rooms. The plan also includes cycle parking, landscaping, and associated works (Ref: 07/26/0319/F).

These applications can be inspected at the Broxbourne Borough Council's website or at their offices. Representations regarding these proposals must be submitted within 14 days from the date of this notice.

For further details on these applications or to make representations, interested parties are encouraged to visit the official Broxbourne Borough Council website.
