Goods Vehicle Operator’s Licence at Sendalls Way

New Era Fuels Ltd, based at River View House, River Way, Harlow, CM20 2EA, has applied for a licence to use Yard 1, Sendalls Way, Plymouth, PL6 5JT as an operating centre for three goods vehicles. There will be no trailers at this site.

Owners or occupiers of nearby land who believe their use or enjoyment of the land would be affected by this application are encouraged to make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds, LS2 7UE. These representations should be submitted within 21 days of the notice date. A copy must also be sent to the applicant at the address provided above. Further guidance on making representations is available on the government website.

Temporary Road Restrictions in Plymouth City

Plymouth City Council has announced a temporary restriction order affecting parking, waiting, loading, unloading, and pedestrian access under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14. This order pertains to Littlewood Close and Longwood Close.

The affected roads include: - Footpath closure between Longwood Close and Hillcrest Drive - Longwood Close for its entirety - Littlewood Close for its entirety

These restrictions will be in place from 28 September 2026 for a maximum duration of 18 months but are expected to conclude by 20 November 2026. The restrictions will be enforced 24 hours a day to facilitate phased gas main works.
