• Douglass House, Douglass Road (26/01084/FUL): A proposal for a new residential scheme comprising two bungalows, a three-storey building with six flats, and thirteen two-storey houses.
• 18 - 20 Market Avenue (26/01170/LBC): Retrospective application for the installation of an automated teller machine and associated signage.
• Wadlands, Tamerton Foliot Road (26/01171/LBC): Plans include the removal of render, non-original entrance arch, lead coverings, and breeze-block infill; repairs and replacement of window cills, timber windows, fascias, and rainwater goods; limewash to exposed stonework; local stone and lime mortar infill; roof ridge repairs; and reinstatement of the pedestrian entrance in the front boundary wall.
• Plymouth Register Office (26/00905/FUL): Demolition of the former Register Office building and erection of security hoarding/fencing.
