Several planning applications have been submitted in Plymouth, impacting both listed buildings and conservation areas. These applications are made under the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and related regulations.

One application (26/01188/FUL) involves the construction of a single-storey building at 186 - 190 Keyham Road. This building will accommodate painting, shot blasting, and workshop activities, with a retrospective plant enclosure.

At 22 Constantine Street (26/01421/FUL), there is a proposal to replace existing combustible cladding with non-combustible alternatives.

In Devonport Dockyard, two applications (26/01334/LBC and 26/01329/LBC) involve the removal of redundant infrastructure from Building N114. These include a low-pressure air compressor installation and a cast iron suction pipe assembly.

Another application (26/01378/LBC) at 10 - 10A The Square proposes installing a freestanding EV charger beneath a private road.

At 7 The Grove (26/01393/FUL), plans include demolishing an existing garage to construct a two-storey side extension and a single-storey rear extension. This application has been re-advertised due to amended plans.

Finally, Plymstock Quarry (26/00381/REM) seeks approval for residential development of Phase 9, comprising 134 dwellings. This includes affordable homes and associated infrastructure.

All applications can be viewed online at Plymouth City Council's planning portal. Representations must be submitted within 21 days of this notice.
