Plymouth City Council has announced a temporary restriction on parking, waiting, loading, and unloading on Lambhay Hill. This measure is being implemented to facilitate necessary fencing works. The affected area extends from number 41 Lambhay Hill to Citadel Road East.

The restriction will be in place from Thursday, October 5, 2026, and is expected to last until Friday, November 20, 2026. During this period, the restriction will be enforced 24 hours a day.

This decision is made under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 and aims to ensure the safety and efficiency of the ongoing works. Residents and commuters are advised to plan accordingly and seek alternative routes or parking arrangements during this time.
