Devon County Council has announced a temporary prohibition of traffic on Footpath No. 13a in Exminster, effective from Thursday, September 17, 2026, until Tuesday, March 16, 2027. This closure is implemented under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Section 14.

The affected section of the footpath runs from Chudleigh Road to the new shared path. During this period, no persons shall proceed on this section except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to the path.

An alternative route is available via the pavement alongside Chudleigh Road. The closure is necessary to facilitate development works in the area.
