Exeter City Council has announced several planning applications that may impact the setting of listed buildings and the character or appearance of conservation areas. These applications are available for public viewing on the council's website, where representations of objection, comment, or support can be submitted within 24 days of this notice.

The proposed developments include:

  • Acorn And Oak Buildings, Market Street, St Davids: The creation of a new fully accessible access ramp (Application 26/1420/FUL).
  • Ivybank, 45 St Davids Hill, St Davids: Replacement windows (Application 26/1410/FUL).
  • 2 Marlborough Road, Newtown & St Leonards: Replacement of existing wooden sash windows with UPVc of similar design and layout (Application 26/1371/FUL).
  • 61 Sylvan Road, Pennsylvania: Construction of a two-storey detached dwelling with a double garage and landscaping works (Application 26/1321/FUL).

Additionally, there is a readvertisement for the property at 192 High Street, St Davids. This involves the conversion of the first, second, and third floors into eight self-contained flats with communal entrance and bike store on the ground floor, bin store in the basement, mechanical ventilation, and air source heat pumps (Applications 25/1238/FUL and 25/1239/LBC).

Those who have any concerns or believe they may be adversely impacted by these developments are encouraged to submit their views via the Exeter City Council's planning portal or by contacting the assigned Case Officer directly.
