Development affecting listed buildings and conservation areas

Springbank, Beech Avenue, Pennsylvania: A proposed single-storey dwelling is under consideration as a resubmission of a previous application (26/1276/FUL).
13A And 13B Polsloe Road, Pennsylvania: An application seeks to change the use from two self-contained flats (Use Class C3) to a six-person house in multiple occupation (Use Class C4), including the installation of two rooflights (26/1131/FUL).
33 - 35 Southernhay East, St Davids: This proposal involves changing the use from commercial premises to 12 flats and a commercial unit with associated works, including a replacement roof (26/1078/FUL).
56 Fore Street, Heavitree: The application proposes changing the use from a shop/cafe (class E) to a hot food takeaway (sui generis use) (26/1354/FUL).
