Development affecting conservation areas
- 6 Majorfield Road, Topsham: A proposal to replace the kitchen extension roof with slate tiles, revise the pitch, add rooflights, and replace downpipes and guttering with wider metal pipes. - 15 Alexandra Terrace, Newtown & St Leonards: Construction of a new retaining wall. Application reference: 26/1226/FUL.

- Park View, 8 Howell Road, Duryard & St James: Proposed internal alterations and an external replacement window. Application reference: 26/1184/LBC.
- Revolution, 79 - 82 Queen Street, St Davids: Reconfiguration of modern partitions and other internal alterations. Application reference: 26/1220/LBC.
- 6 Majorfield Road, Topsham: In addition to the roof replacement mentioned above, this application includes replacing the bathroom while keeping the bath on its raised plinth for drainage purposes. Application reference: 26/1025/LBC.
Public participation
Residents can view these applications on the Exeter City Council website and submit representations of objection, comment or support via the website or by emailing the assigned Case Officer within 24 days of this notice.
