A probate notice has been issued concerning the estate of David Somers Allen, late of 47 Longview Road, Saltash, Cornwall, PL12 6EF. Mr. Allen passed away on 13 June 2026.

In accordance with the Trustee Act 1925, individuals who have a claim against or an interest in Mr. Allen's estate are requested to submit written particulars of their claims to Howard & Over LLP at Plym House, 3 Longbridge Road, Plymouth, Devon, PL6 8LT. The deadline for submissions is 24 December 2026.

After this date, the estate will be distributed with consideration only given to the claims and interests that have been notified by the deadline.
