Butta Club LTD has submitted an application for a new premises licence at 1 Marsh Green Road North, Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter, EX2 8NY. The application, under the Licensing Act 2003, includes permissions for the sale of alcohol and provision of live and recorded music.

Representations regarding this application must be submitted in writing to the Council by no later than Sunday October 22 2026. It is important to note that making a false statement in connection with this application is an offence punishable by an unlimited fine upon summary conviction.

The application was accepted on September 24 2026 and remains open for representations until October 22.
